All internet bids will be processed on the bidders credit card if the items are not picked up by 5pm on Monday June 18th. All payments with credit card are charged a 3% fee. Any purchased items not picked up by June 29th at 5pm is considered abandoned or charged a storage fee. All items are sold "as-is", "where-is" and no warranties implied or guaranties expressed or otherwise exists unless announced at the auction. The Auction company accepts no resposibilty for errors or descriptions; it being the resposibilty of the buyer to inspect the goods before the auction and satisfy themselves as to the condition; identity and authenticity. The auctioneer reserves the right to to accept or reject and bid and shall control the bidding at all times. At the auctioneers discretion the bidding can be reopened if there is more than one bidder on. The bidding will be re-opened between those two parties only. In all cases the auctioneers decision is final. All purchases under your bid number are the sole responsibilty of the purchaser.
